❓ Q: What should I do if my client is a late-cancel or a no-show?
✅ A: No action is required on your part.
The BetterMynd platform automatically tracks and records late cancellations and no-shows. There is no need to email support or report the outcome manually.
💸 How are these sessions paid?
Counselors are compensated for both outcomes in the payment cycle for the month in which they occur:
- Late Cancel: $40
- No Show: $55
You will see these reflected in your regular monthly payment summary.
🕒 Definitions
- Late Cancel: A session canceled by the student with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- No Show: The student did not attend the session and did not cancel in advance.
📌 Tip:
If you're unsure whether a student qualified as a no-show or late cancel, you can always check the session status on your BetterMynd dashboard under your session history.
