Counselor Payment Dates 2025

Payments are processed on the first business day of the month for the entirety of the previous month. 

Example: On June 2nd, all sessions that occurred between May 1 – May 31 will be processed for payment and sent direct transfer to the bank you setup via bill.com. The payment date is the date in which it is expected to clear your deposit account. 

ACH payments typically process within 1-5 business days. If you are receiving a physical check, that can take an additional 10 business days.

No Show and Late Cancel Payment Amounts

(effective for sessions occurring between 1.1.25 and 12.31.25)

Payment Adjustments

If a session adjustment is made, requiring a payment adjustment, it will be paid out in the month following notification of the adjustment. For example, if a student actually late canceled a session on June 28th, but you notified us on July 5th that the session was recorded as a no show but should be a late cancel, we will make the adjustment with July's payments that are processed in August.
